Josh Ellis, PhD: I passionately desire to assist leaders who earnestly seek to serve their followers. The world doesn't need different people in positions of power. It needs leaders who seek to serve others, employing the power at their disposal to better the lives of those who entrusted that power to them. I currently serve as the Executive Director with the Union Baptist Association, a network of more than 400 churches across the greater Houston area. My areas of responsibility range from leadership development and strategic planning to scenario development and community research. The greatest leader this world has ever seen is my Lord, Jesus Christ.
